Burnmoor
Tarn, reckoned to be the third largest tarn in the Lakes, is an impressive
expanse of water at the head of Miterdale - between Wasdale and Eskdale.
The southern shore is overlooked by Burnmoor Lodge, once a keepers cottage
and latterly in use by a religious group. |
