to Blea Tarn (Eskdale),
Blind Tarn is a small tarn in the middle of marshland. Heavily silted and
with strong reed growth all around it will eventually disappear altogether.
It has no surface inflow nor outfall, all water movement being within and
below the surface of the surrounding marshland.
